My practice is designed for teens and adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and related concerns. Many of my clients are high-functioning, motivated individuals who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally by constant worry, self-doubt, perfectionism, or the exhausting cycle of obsessions and compulsions.
